Description

Including the dispersion effect may be required if beside the advection effect an additional solute spreading due to hydrodynamic mixing of the fluid at the pore scale occurs. This spreading effect can happen both in the longitudinal direction, namely that of the average flow, and in the direction transversal to the average flow. This keyword is used in processes such as mass transport and reactive transport.

Parameters

int double double

i.e. model type, longitudinal dispersion, transverse dispersion The model type is 1 to activate or 0 to deactivate the dispersion, followed by the longitudinal and transverse dispersion (both in meter).
