The geometry file (*.gli) contains the descriptions of basic geometric objects. The hierarchical file structure follows the topology logic, i.e. a surface can be described by polygons/polylines, and polylines are a list of ordered points. Points, polylines and surfaces can be used for different assignments of physical parameters, such as for initial conditions, boundary conditions, source terms, and output data.
